SIGMA MALE VS ALPHA MALE: From Rivalry to Respect
Speaking from my
Life Experiences...
As someone who didn't realize
he was a Sigma Male
until he was an adult,
some of my best
victories & battles
have been with Alpha Males.

Alpha Males are an
interesting breed to me.
They desperately need
validation & attention.
Because of this,
they often provoke battles
& rivalries with other people.
They do this as a way
to prove themselves...
But Sigma Males
don't need competition
to prove themselves.

Sigma Males Are
Built Differently...
Sigma Males have a certain
inner confidence
that doesn't require the
external praise & validation
that Alpha Males need.
So, when Alpha Males
test Sigma Males,
something very unique happens...
Alpha Males are not sure
what to do next.
Because Alpha Males
are used to being the predator.
Often when
Alpha Males approach,
other Males move out
of their way...
But when they encounter
a Sigma Male,
they notice something
different about them.

Sigma Males
don't move out of the way.
Not out of intimidation
or because of the
Male Hierarchy.
When Alpha Males
challenge Sigma Males,
they see what just might be
- a true rival.
Which then REALLY incites
the Alpha Male to challenge,
because it will give them
further validation
if/when they win.

Going from RIVALRY to RESPECTED...
WHO actually wins the battle
can often be a toss-up.
Sigma Males give Alpha Males
hell more often
than most other males,
(& vice versa)
Many times because of this.
a weird & unique
relationship starts.
The Alpha Male,
while still feeling superior,
doesn't seek to challenge
the Sigma Male as before...
Now they see a greater value in
partnering with Sigma Males
when needed.

As long as the Sigma Male
doesn't want the "Top Spot",
Alpha Males don't mind
sharing the spoils of victory
with a respected rival.
Sigma Males
don't usually like bullies,
& Alpha Males can often
comes across as bullies.
But if a Sigma Male
can detect a
"decent person" inside,
they can grow to value
the Alpha Male's drive
& commitment.
What many times starts
as a bitter rivalry,
can often grow into a
mutually respected
& valued relationship.
